Healthcare明德醫院 (Minder Hospital) was originally established as 明德診所 (Minder Clinic) by Dr. Cai Du-huang in 1947 in Qingshui District, serving rural communities for 52 years. To better serve the community and expand its services, it was rebuilt as a regional hospital in Wuri District, Taichung, opening on May 19, 1994, with 20 surgical beds. The hospital has since expanded to include internal medicine and other specialties.
